1) Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy for European customers. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
This commercial return policy is in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal or legal guarantee you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases in the EU/EEA).
2) Condition of Returns
Items should be returned in like-new condition with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3) How to Start a Return (RMA)
To start a return, contact our European support team (details below). If your return is accepted, we’ll issue an RMA number, a return shipping label where applicable, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without an approved RMA may be refused.
Note: Please obtain an RMA before sending any returns.
4) Return Shipping (EU Consumers)
Change of mind / Right of withdrawal (distance-selling rules)

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable in your country).

After notification, you must return the item within 14 days.

You are responsible for the return postage cost, unless we have expressly agreed to cover it.

We will refund the product price and the outbound standard delivery charge in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We may deduct an amount for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Non-fault returns outside the 14-day statutory window but within our 30-day policy

For non-fault returns requested after the statutory withdrawal period but within our 30-day policy, you are responsible for return postage.

Any outbound delivery upgrades (express, timed delivery, etc.) are non-refundable.
Faulty / damaged / not as described (statutory rights)

Please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after delivery where reasonably possible, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Where a return is required, we will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse reasonable return costs in line with your statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances, we may repair, replace, or refund the product, as required by applicable law.
5) Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
6) Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any products returned without essential accessories or packaging.
This list is in addition to your statutory rights and does not include categories irrelevant to electronics.
Warranty (Europe)
KOORUI provides a 36-month limited commercial warranty for the whole unit against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for products sold into Europe. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs/modifications, or consumables.
This commercial warranty is separate from and in addition to any mandatory legal guarantee you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Where there is a conflict, your statutory rights prevail.
To make a claim, contact our European support team with your order details, serial number, and a brief description of the fault. We may repair, replace (with new or refurbished products), or refund as appropriate.

Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence and, where applicable, EU consumer law (including your legal guarantee of conformity and right of withdrawal for distance contracts).
